Terms and Conditions

U.S. Export Control Terms and Conditions.
The aircraft spare parts sold or procured pursuant to any Purchase Order between Space Coast Dynamics LLC and the Counterpart are regulated by the U.S. government and are authorized for export solely to the specified country of destination for use by the designated consignee or end-user. Resale, transfer, or disposal to any other country or entity is strictly prohibited without prior approval from the U.S. government or as permitted by U.S. law.

Compliance with Export Regulations.
Space Coast Dynamics LLC ensures adherence to U.S. export control laws by verifying the end use and end user in all product sales, transfers of technical data, or software. By accepting these materials, the Counterpart agrees to the following:

End-Use Verification.
All exports are subject to verification of both the end use and end user and may require an export license. The Counterpart must provide supporting documentation to substantiate the intended end use. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or the inability to proceed with the export.

Restrictions on Diversion.
The materials provided are designated for use within the USA, UK, or EU. Diversion or export from the USA is strictly prohibited unless accompanied by the appropriate export license as required by law. The Counterpart assumes sole legal responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable export regulations. Unauthorized export or diversion may result in legal consequences, including penalties, fines, and legal action.

Airworthiness and Suitability.
Space Coast Dynamics LLC makes no independent representation regarding the airworthiness of the parts or their suitability for installation. These determinations are the sole responsibility of the installer, who must assess the part based on inspection and documentation provided in accordance with FAA AC 00-56.

FAA-PMA Parts.
No parts certified under FAA-PMA (Federal Aviation Administration-Parts Manufacturer Approval) shall be accepted without obtaining prior written approval.

Surplus Material.
All surplus materials must be accompanied by a valid Non-Incident Statement certifying that the materials have not been involved in any incidents, accidents, or mishaps.
